We met up with the group (aka the nicest individuals ever) for the day.

We toured the Fort District and it was fabulous. We’ve got skilled probably the most excellent climate whereas we have now been right here.

After which we went to the expo! My first worldwide expo.

Just a few observations from the top of the 5k yesterday…

Each race wants this on the end line! Washing the gel and drinks off of our faces and arms after a race asap = sensible.

Lots of people had been consuming bowls of salad that they had been passing out after the race. I’ve by no means seen that!

They didn’t give us luggage for our shirt, pins and bib which was a primary for me at an expo.

Their bag drop space had every part hanging up and arranged completely.

My face harm from smiling a lot.

We positively carbed up and I even tried the squid ink pasta…

I can not consider how a lot enjoyable I’m having doing this all overseas.
